PhytoQuant
PrestaShop migration, redesign and ERP bridge
This PrestaShop store has been in my hands for years: its custom modules, its link to the Dafi ERP, then its move from version 1.6 to 8, module by module, without ever stopping sales.

I’m Ivan Vujnovic, a freelance web developer based between Monaco and Cannes, and I’ve been doing this for more than ten years. My days are spent on WordPress sites and PrestaShop stores. I build new ones, I take over sites that someone else built, and some I’ve been looking after for years. When you write to me, I’m the one who answers. And I’m also the one who writes the code.
I work in Monaco, Nice, Cannes, Antibes and Sophia Antipolis. Not on the Riviera? That’s not a problem. We talk by video call or email, and I send you a link so you can watch the site take shape.
Before we start, I tell you honestly what’s feasible and what it will cost, with a deadline I know I can meet. Then I deliver what we agreed on.
Once the site is live, I’m still around. I can look after hosting, the domain name and maintenance, so you only ever deal with one person.
I always start by understanding your business. Then I take care of everything up to launch, following web standards. The goal is a site that’s pleasant to visit and easy to run day to day.
When your brand calls for it, I write a custom theme. I choose every plugin carefully, because each one weighs the site down a little, and when nothing out there does what you need, I build the module myself. That’s how I make WordPress and PrestaShop sites that are fast and can keep growing for years without starting over. Full details on my WordPress developer page.
More than half of all visits now happen on a phone. So I test every page on small screens and large ones, until the text reads well and every button is easy to tap. Google, by the way, looks at the mobile version of your site first when ranking it.
An online store is there to sell, and every unnecessary step loses customers. I simplify the path from product page to payment. I also build what’s specific to your business, such as trade pricing, a loyalty programme or a link to your management software. That’s exactly what I set up for PhytoQuant. Full details on my PrestaShop developer page.
You edit your text, images and products yourself, and keep track of orders, without any technical knowledge. I organise the WordPress or PrestaShop admin so it stays clear. If you get stuck, I’ll help.
SEO starts long before launch. A fast site with well-organised headings and clean URLs already has a real head start on Google. I also take care of what you don’t see, like the markup search engines read, the sitemap and the links between language versions.
A site that’s never updated eventually slows down, slips in Google and sometimes gets hacked. I handle updates and security fixes, and I make the small changes you need along the way. You keep your mind on your business. And if something goes wrong, you know who to turn to. Full details on my takeover and maintenance page.
Here are some of the projects I’ve worked on. Some started from a blank page, others were handed to me midway. And several, I still look after today.
Each guide answers one real question, in plain words, with concrete examples and sources you can check.

With me, from the first message to ongoing maintenance. I’ve been a freelance web developer for more than ten years, based between Monaco and Cannes. When you write to me, I’m the one who replies, and I’m also the one who writes your site’s code. No middlemen, nothing lost along the way.
WordPress sites and PrestaShop or WooCommerce online stores, from simple showcase sites to catalogues connected to business software. I start from a blank page, take over an existing site, or help the one you already have grow. My work ranges from a booking system with a waiting list for a sports coach in Monaco to a PrestaShop store linked to its ERP.
Yes, and it’s a large part of what I do. Before touching anything, I map out everything that has been changed over the years. That’s how I moved PhytoQuant’s store from PrestaShop 1.6 to version 8 without ever interrupting its sales.
Yes, distance doesn’t change the way I work. We talk by video call or email, and I send you a link so you can follow your site’s progress wherever you are.
It depends on what the site needs to do, which is why I never quote a price blindly. Before we start, I tell you honestly what’s feasible and what it will cost, with a deadline I know I can meet. You decide with all the facts, then I deliver what we agreed on.
Yes, that’s the whole point. You update your text and products and keep track of orders without any technical knowledge. I organise the WordPress or PrestaShop admin so it stays clear, and if you get stuck, I’m here.
I do, if you’d like. I can take care of hosting and the domain name, and handle maintenance as you go, from security updates to small changes. A site left without care eventually slows down and slips on Google. Yours stays up to date.
Nobody can honestly promise you the top spot. What I can do is give your site every chance from launch, with fast, well-built pages and everything Google reads behind the scenes, such as the sitemap and the links between language versions.
A few lines are enough, even if your idea isn’t fully formed yet. I read every message and reply personally.
