What I collect, and why
Contact form. Name, email address and message content. This data is used only to reply to you. Legal basis: your consent, given by sending the form. Retention: three years from our last exchange, then deletion.
Project questionnaire. Name, email address and answers about your project. This data is used only to prepare our first conversation and to make you a proposal. Legal basis: your consent, given by sending the questionnaire. Retention: three years from our last exchange, then deletion.
Audience measurement. If you consent, visit statistics are collected to understand which pages are viewed and how the site is used. Legal basis: your consent. You can refuse it with no effect at all on your browsing.
Advertising. If you consent, third-party services measure the effectiveness of advertising campaigns. Legal basis: your consent.
Tools used. Audience measurement relies on Google Analytics. Advertising relies on Google Ads, loaded through Google Tag Manager. These services are provided by Google Ireland Limited. Details of the cookies set are given in the cookie policy.
No measurement or advertising processing is activated before you make your choice. No data is sold or transferred to third parties for commercial purposes.
Who has access
Only me, together with the technical providers strictly necessary for the site to work: the hosting provider and, if you have consented, the audience measurement and advertising services mentioned above.
These services may transfer data outside the European Union, on the basis of the standard contractual clauses adopted by the European Commission.
How long
Data from the contact form and the questionnaire is kept for three years from our last exchange. Audience measurement data is kept for the periods specific to the tools used, and for no more than twenty-five months for traffic data.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and object to the processing of your data, as well as the right to data portability.
To exercise these rights, simply write to contact@ivanvujno.com. You will receive a reply within one month.
You may also withdraw your consent at any time, and lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority, if you believe your rights have not been respected: www.cnil.fr
