In short
In Nice, a website needs to be fast, clear, and speak its visitors’ language. As a web developer based between Monaco and Cannes, I build and improve your website or store, from the first message to aftercare.

What I hear most often
- “Our store still runs on PrestaShop 1.7, and we no longer dare touch it.”
- “The site is slow on phones, and our customers go to the competition.”
- “We’d like to sell in Italy too.”
- “Every update breaks something.”
- “Our competitors come up above us on Google.”
Whatever the problem, I start the same way: I take the time to understand your website before touching it.
What a city like Nice asks of a website
Stand out
In Nice, dozens of businesses target the same customers as you on Google. To get ahead, you need a fast, clear website with one page per service.
Welcome the whole world
Since 2021, Nice has been on UNESCO’s World Heritage List as the “Winter Resort Town of the Riviera”. Its visitors come from everywhere, all year round. A multilingual website welcomes them better.
Sell in Italy too
Italy is right next door. With an Italian version and clear shipping costs, your store opens up to a whole new market.
Make your website last
A website that is a few years old doesn’t necessarily need replacing. I first look at what can be kept. It is often quicker, and cheaper.
PrestaShop developer in Nice: moving your store to version 9
Many stores, in Nice as elsewhere, still run on PrestaShop 1.7. That version hasn’t had a single fix since version 9 came out in June 2025. A migration needs preparing. I do it in four stages.
That is what I did for a food supplement store, which I migrated from version 1.7 to version 8 while it kept selling. My approach is set out on my PrestaShop migration page, and every step is in my guide to migrating PrestaShop.
A successful migration is one your customers never notice.

Working together from Nice
My name is Ivan Vujnovic. I’ve been a web developer for more than ten years, now freelance, and I’m based between Monaco and Cannes.
Most projects move forward remotely, by email and video call, with a link to follow your website’s progress day by day. If you’d rather talk face to face, at the start or at a key stage, we can meet in Nice.
I also work with businesses in Saint-Laurent-du-Var, Cagnes-sur-Mer and Villefranche-sur-Mer, and of course in Antibes, Cannes and Monaco.
A few projects
For years, I have looked after a PrestaShop food supplement store: migration, redesign, custom modules and a link to its management software. For a body-scanning company, I built a custom web application that displays each patient’s avatar in 3D.

The questions I get asked most
How much does a website cost in Nice?
The price depends on what your website needs to do, not on the town. A brochure website of a few pages and a store linked to your management software are not the same job. Tell me about your project: I will send you an itemised quote. Reply within one business day.
How long does it take to build a website?
It depends on the number of pages, the languages and the features. The quote gives you a precise timeline.
My PrestaShop store is still on 1.7: should I migrate?
Yes. Since version 9 came out in June 2025, version 1.7 no longer gets any fixes, not even for security. In general, I advise going straight to version 9, after reviewing your modules and theme.
An agency in Nice or a freelancer: which should I choose?
For an online store, continuity matters as much as design. With me, the person who builds your store is also the one who keeps it up to date afterwards. An agency brings a team, which mostly helps on very large projects.
Can you build an Italian version of my website?
Yes. I build multilingual websites, with versions properly linked to each other so Google shows the right one to each visitor. The text comes from you or your translator; I take care of everything else.
Do you travel to Nice?
Yes, when it helps: at the start of the project or at a key stage. The rest of the time, we talk by email or video call.
