What I did
A WordPress site that handles session sign-ups, with a waiting list: when someone cancels, their spot automatically goes to the next person, who is notified straight away.
The result
No more chasing people by hand. The coach tracks sign-ups, invoicing and client messages from the admin panel, and saves time every day.
